Lord Davies of Abersoch is Chairman of Corsair and serves as a member of the Investment Committee and the firm’s Executive Committee. He joined Corsair in 2010 and is based in London.
Lord Davies was U.K. Minister for Trade, Investment and Small Business and Infrastructure in 2009-2010. Prior to this appointment, he was Chairman of Standard Chartered PLC. He joined the Board of Standard Chartered PLC in 1997 and was Group Chief Executive from 2001 until 2006.
He was awarded a CBE for his services to the financial sector and the community in Hong Kong in 2002 where he served as a member of the HK Exchange fund for seven years. Lord Davies is also a JP in Hong Kong, and he is an Honorary Distinguished Professor at Cardiff Business School.
Mr. Jayanti is the Managing Partner of Corsair Capital and serves as a member of the Investment Committee of Corsair Infrastructure Partners. He is also Chairman of the Investment Committee of Corsair Capital and heads the firm’s Operating Committee. He joined Corsair Capital in 1993 when the first Corsair fund was launched and is based in New York.
Prior to spinning off Corsair Capital as an independent business from J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. in 2006, Mr. Jayanti played a key role as a senior member of the investment team of the predecessor Corsair funds and also was responsible for managing the operations of the Corsair business from 1994 onwards. From 1994 to 1999, Mr. Jayanti was also a senior member of the Investment Banking Department of J.P. Morgan, where he headed the Emerging Markets Financial Institutions group. Prior to J.P. Morgan, Mr. Jayanti worked at Credit Suisse First Boston in the Financial Institutions group both in New York and London. His investment banking experience includes complex advisory assignments in the United States, Europe, Asia and Latin America.
Mr. Jayanti holds both a B.A. and an M.A. in Economics from Queens’ College, Cambridge University. He is a member of the International Advisory Board of BritishAmerican Business.
Mr. Jayanti is also a Fellow of the inaugural class of the Finance Leaders Fellowship Program and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
Mr. Rajan is a Managing Director of Corsair Capital and the Head of Corsair Infrastructure Partners. He serves as Chairman of the Investment Committee of Corsair Infrastructure Partners and as a member of the Investment Committee of Corsair Capital. Mr. Rajan joined Corsair Capital in 1999 and is based in New York. Mr. Rajan is a board member of Corsair portfolio companies DP World Australia, Itínere Infraestructuras, Kelda Holdings, Kyobo Life Insurance Company and Vantage Airport Group, and serves as Lead Director of both DP World Australia and Vantage Airport Group.
From 1999 to 2001, concurrent with his responsibilities at Corsair Capital, Mr. Rajan was a member of the Emerging Markets Financial Institutions Group at J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., where he participated in a number of transactions involving financial services companies across multiple geographies.
Mr. Rajan holds a B.A. in Economics and Applied Mathematics from Yale University and an M.B.A. with honors from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Cabral is Chief Financial Officer of Corsair Capital. He joined Corsair in 2017 and is based in New York.
Mr. Cabral leads the finance functions of Corsair. Prior to joining Corsair, Mr. Cabral was the Vice President of Finance at Riverstone Equity Partners, where he managed the finance functions for the firm and served as Chief Financial Officer of the credit business. Prior to Riverstone, Mr. Cabral was Chief Financial Officer of Hampshire Equity Partners and Arsenal Capital Partners, both middle market buyout firms. Prior to Arsenal, Mr. Cabral was a Vice President in the Private Investment Accounting Group at Goldman Sachs & Company. Mr. Cabral started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Mr. Cabral earned a B.S. degree in Accounting from Villanova University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York.
Ms. Knapp is Chief Operating Officer of Corsair Capital and serves as a member of the Investment Committee of Corsair Infrastructure Partners. She is a member of Corsair Capital’s Operating Committee. Ms. Knapp joined Corsair in 2001 and is based in New York. Ms. Knapp is a director of Corsair portfolio company Itínere Infraestructuras.
Ms. Knapp leads the finance, legal, compliance, human talent, information technology and office management functions of Corsair. She is also involved with investor relations and various other initiatives at the firm. Prior to joining Corsair, Ms. Knapp was a member of J.P. Morgan Chase & Co.’s finance team, where she was involved with the firm’s role as sponsor of the first two Corsair funds raised. Previously, she worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in the firm’s capital markets audit and assurance practice.
Ms. Knapp is a certified public accountant, holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University at Albany, SUNY and an M.B.A. from the New York University Stern School of Business. She is a board member of The University at Albany Foundation, serves on the Dean’s Advisory Board for The University at Albany, SUNY’s School of Business, and a member of the NY Women’s Forum.
Mr. Lorkin is a Managing Director of Corsair Infrastructure Partners and serves as a member of the Investment Committee. He joined Corsair in 2015 and is based in Sydney. He is a board member of Corsair portfolio companies Itínere Infraestructuras and DP World Australia.
Prior to joining Corsair, Mr. Lorkin served as a Managing Director of Citi for 15 years, which included eight years in London. While at Citi he held a number of roles across Mergers & Acquisitions, Debt Capital Markets, Acquisition Finance and Private Equity.
Mr. Lorkin holds a BCom with honors from The University of Melbourne, where he graduated with a first class distinction.

Ms. Chan is a Principal of Corsair Infrastructure Partners. She joined Corsair in 2015 and is based in London. She is a director of Corsair portfolio companies Kelda Holdings and Itínere Infraestructuras, where she also serves as a member of the Remuneration and Audit Subcommittees.
Prior to joining Corsair, Ms. Chan was a Director of Citi where she was a board member of various portfolio companies, as well as the interim Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Citi Infrastructure Investors. Ms. Chan began her career at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein where she was an investment banker focused on Utilities and Renewables Energy.
Ms. Chan holds a BSc in Economics from University College London.
Mr. Herrera is a Principal of Corsair Infrastructure Partners. He joined Corsair in 2015 and is based in Madrid. He is a director of Corsair portfolio company Itínere Infraestructuras, where he also serves as the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and Chairman of the Audit Committee.
Prior to joining Corsair, Mr. Herrera served as an investment professional with Citi Infrastructure Investors, where in addition to Itínere he also served as a director of Vantage Airport Group.
Formerly, Mr. Herrera served as a Managing Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Itínere, where he worked on a variety of transactions across multiple geographies in the infrastructure sector, including mergers and acquisitions and financing activities. He has also served as a professor in postgraduate courses and speaker in various forums and congresses.
Mr. Herrera holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and an M.B.A. from UPCO-ICADE and Master in Finance from EOI.

Mr. Osborne is a Principal of Corsair Infrastructure Partners. He joined Corsair in 2015 and is based in London. He is a director of Corsair portfolio companies Kelda Holdings, its principal subsidiary Yorkshire Water Services, and Itínere Infraestructuras.
Prior to joining Corsair, Mr. Osborne served as an investment professional with Citi Infrastructure Investors, where he worked on asset management and a variety of acquisitions and divestments. Mr. Osborne began his career in 2002 with Ernst & Young and then moved to Citi, where he advised on project financing, mergers and acquisitions and capital raising within the infrastructure sector, before joining Citi Infrastructure Investors in 2008.
Mr. Osborne holds an MChem in Chemistry from Oxford University.
Ms. Praschnik is a Principal of Corsair Infrastructure Partners. She joined Corsair in 2015 and is based in New York. She serves as a director of Corsair portfolio companies Vantage Airport Group and Itínere Infraestructuras, and also serves on the Audit Committee of Vantage Airport Group.
Prior to joining Corsair, Ms. Praschnik served as an investment professional in Citigroup’s Alternative Investments division, where she worked on a US$3.4 billion infrastructure fund raise for Citi Infrastructure Partners and a variety of transactions in the transportation sector. Prior to that, Ms. Praschnik was with MBIA, working in its Global Infrastructure Finance Group and its International Division, where she held positions in France, the U.K. and the U.S. focusing on global project finance, structured finance and public finance.
Ms. Praschnik holds a B.A. in Economics from Manhattanville College.
Mr. El-Asmar is a Principal of Corsair. Having joined Corsair’s London office in 2009, he relocated to New York in 2016.
Mr. El-Asmar is responsible for investor relations with limited partners. Prior to joining Corsair, Mr. El-Asmar was a member of Babcock & Brown Global Partners (“BBGP”), a private equity co-investment vehicle sponsored by the Babcock & Brown Group, and participated in all areas of BBGP’s activities, including reviewing and monitoring investments, as well as investor relations. Prior to BBGP, Mr. El-Asmar was an associate in Deutsche Bank AG’s Mergers & Acquisition department, where he worked on a number of cross-borders acquisitions and public market transactions.
Mr. El-Asmar holds a B.A. in Economics from the American University of Beirut and a MSc in Economics from the London School of Economics with high distinction.
Mr. Wang is General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Corsair Capital. He joined Corsair in 2013 and is based in New York.
Mr. Wang oversees all legal and compliance matters relating to the firm. Prior to joining Corsair, Mr. Wang was a Senior Vice President and Counsel at GSO Capital Partners LP (“GSO”), an affiliate of The Blackstone Group L.P., where he was responsible for legal, transactional, regulatory and compliance issues related to the investment management of private funds, registered funds and separately managed accounts. Prior to joining GSO in January 2008, Mr. Wang served as Assistant Vice President and Associate Counsel to ICON Capital Corp., where in addition to providing legal advice to executive management he had primary SEC filing responsibilities for six publicly registered investment funds. From 2002 to 2006, Mr. Wang was an associate in Latham & Watkins LLP’s corporate transactional practice.
Mr. Wang graduated from Cornell Law School and received a B.A. in American Studies and American History from Northwestern University.
Ms. Zhao is a Vice President of Corsair Capital. She joined Corsair in 2015 and is based in New York.
As a member of the Finance & Operations team, Ms. Zhao is responsible for the execution of the finance and other administrative support functions within Corsair in the New York. Prior to joining Corsair, Ms. Zhao was a consultant at Citi Infrastructure Partners, L.P., where she was responsible for financial reporting and other administrative support. Prior to that, Ms. Zhao worked in J.P. Morgan’s Private Equity Fund Administration group as a Vice President. At J.P. Morgan, Ms. Zhao managed a fund accounting team that provided fund administration services to a group of private equity funds. Previously, she worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP New York in the firm’s audit practice, leaving as a senior manager.
Ms. Zhao is a certified public accountant, holds a B.S. in international accounting from the Xiamen University, China.
